As a son of the Iberian Peninsula, Liqen is poised to assume a position alongside its greats. In Liqen’s work, one sees the interplay between gravity and levity. A prolific painter, Liqen was recently based in Mexico. He travels widely to exhibit and is well-received by the global art community of which he is a productive member.
