Justin Suarez, (formerly known as Mr. Prvrt) is a Rochester transplant originally hailing from Albany, NY. Proud to be an art school dropout, Justin first picked up a blade and a can of paint over 10 years ago. With a passion for pushing the stencil medium, his intimately detailed hand-cut stencils can take up to 40 hours or more to produce. Justin’s work has been exhibited throughout the U.S. as well as abroad.
